The tea bushes here produce leaf with a higher quantum of antioxidants. The antioxidant magical EGCg (Catechin) is found in the Indian green tea plant. As the original taste is stronger in India you need only half teaspoon (1 gm) for a cup of tea. The green tea of China have thinner liquoring where you can use between 5-7 gms per serving.
